Mobile padel court substructure without groundworks
Everyone talks about courts. Whether a venue is possible at all is decided underneath.
Sports facilities are our craft – long before the first padel court.
For over 30 years we've been building sports facilities, mobile and permanent. From major international spectator events to a venue for a small town. That experience goes into every padel project we take on.
Some sites would be perfect – if it weren't for the ground.
An open site right in the catchment area, well connected, everything speaks for it. And then: difficult ground, no conventional groundworks possible, or the site is only available for a season. Projects that look ideal on paper often get stuck at exactly this point.
A substructure that comes along.
A modular basement makes venues playable that are too difficult, too expensive or too short-term for a permanent build. Assembled in days instead of weeks, adapted to different court systems – and if the site is only yours for a while, it can be taken back down.
Where the basement makes the difference
Exactly the sites where others walk away:
Difficult subsurface
Soft, uneven or questionable ground – solved in modules rather than dug out.
Temporary sites
If the site is yours only for a while, you dismantle it again rather than pouring concrete.
Roof & deck areas
Structures where conventional groundworks simply aren't possible.
Tight timeframes
When only weeks separate the go-ahead from the opening.
This is for you if …
- Your site has difficult or uncertain subsurface.
- The site is only available temporarily or seasonally.
- It needs to happen fast and conventional groundworks take too long.
- You don't want to be tied to a single court manufacturer.
What makes that possible:
Modular & mobile
Prefabricated modules instead of weeks of groundworks – quick to build, removable if needed.
Difficult sites
Uneven, temporary or non-buildable ground becomes playable.
System-agnostic
Adapters for different court systems – the choice stays yours.
Ready fast
Less excavation, shorter build time, a predictable opening date.
From enquiry to venue
Inspect the site
We take a close look at subsurface, access and timeframe.
Plan the substructure
Modular build matched to the site and the chosen court system.
Installation
Assembled in days rather than weeks – without major groundworks.
Dismantling (optional)
For temporary sites we take it cleanly back down again.
The most spectacular court is worthless if the ground beneath it says no.
This is exactly where it's decided who can build.
Where a site would otherwise be written off, the right substructure produces a court. That's the point where “it wouldn't really work” turns into an opening date.

frequently asked questions
Still got a question? Write to us directly.
What's the advantage over conventional groundworks?
Shorter build time, less excavation, use on difficult sites and – depending on the solution – removability for temporary venues.
Does the basement suit any court?
We use adapters for different court systems so you stay flexible.
Is it suitable for events too?
Yes. Temporary and seasonal venues are exactly where the mobile basement plays to its strengths.
