Opening a padel centrefrom concept to operation
Between the idea of a padel centre and a venue that returns money sits craft. Ours.
Sports facilities are our craft – long before the first padel court.
For over 30 years we've been building sports facilities, mobile and permanent. From major international spectator events to a venue for a small town. That experience goes into every padel project we take on.
The market is booming. And still forgives no mistakes.
Padel centres are opening everywhere right now – but not all of them carry themselves. Rented too expensively, sited wrongly, calculated too optimistically: the mistakes happen before the opening, not after. Anyone operating commercially needs more than enthusiasm for the sport.
Calculated like an operator, built like a professional.
Site selection, court count, pricing structure and operating concept mesh from the start – calculated against real operating figures rather than wishful thinking. What opens is a venue geared to utilisation from the first month.
The ventures we support
From a first venue to a rollout:
Open a padel centre
Your own venue: find or build the hall, fit it out, open it.
Extend a centre
Gym, indoor football, bowling or squash – padel as a new pillar in an existing business.
Add an outdoor venue
Turn open space at your site into bookable courts.
Multi-site rollout
One concept, several venues – planned and built to a standard.
This is for you if …
- You want to run a padel centre or venue commercially.
- You already have a sports or leisure business and want to expand.
- You expect solid numbers on utilisation and returns.
- You're looking for a partner who runs venues themselves.

Support in operation until utilisation is there – and beyond if you want.
A hall full of courts isn't a business yet. Full courts are.
We operate ourselves – and share the real numbers.
Our own clubs are our laboratory: utilisation, pricing, community, maintenance costs. As an operator you don't get brochure forecasts but experience from a running business.

frequently asked questions
Still got a question? Write to us directly.
What does it cost to open a padel centre?
That depends on the hall, the number of courts and the fit-out – from converting an existing hall to a new build. After the site analysis you get a concrete business plan.
Is a padel centre commercially worthwhile?
At good locations, yes – what's decisive is the catchment area, the competition and the operating concept. We calculate honestly and say so if a site doesn't carry itself.
Do you support ongoing operation too?
Yes. From the operations setup through the ramp-up to an operating or partnership model – as much support as you want.
